A video showing H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum,
ruler of Dubai and Vice President of the UAE, giving Egyptian actress Ghada
Abdelrazak a casual tap on the shoulder has gone viral, and has been viewed 2.2
million times on YouTube in under a week.
What went down? Well Ghada and her pals were eating at fine
dining Emirati restaurant Siraj in Souk Al Bahar when Sheikh Mohammed came up
to greet the award-winning actress.
We don’t see the beginning of the interaction, but one of
her friends quickly got out their phone to document the end of the chat,
capturing the Dubai ruler saying goodbye to Ghada with a jovial pat on the
back.
